EGG REPLACER - Low Protein Egg Substitute
This easy way to replace egg. For the preparation of sweet and salty food. Gives dough a soft texture and an appealing colour. This product is gluten free.
Protein per 100g: 0.2g
Protein per Portion (10g): 0.02g
Dosage: To substitute one egg, add 1 tablespoon Egg Replacer (10g) to 40ml water and stir well.
Ingredients: Potato starch, tapioca starch, thickener: hydroxyprophyl methylcellulose, red beet, safflower extract, colour: beta-carotene.
Recommended Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.
