PIZZA BASE - Low Protein Pizza Bases
Quick and easy to prepare, this pair of pizza bases are ready to bake. Just add some tasty toppings and cook in the oven for a few minutes. This product is gluten free and high in fibre.
Protein per 100g: 0.9g
Protein per Base: 1.4g
Preparation: Top the pizza base as desired and bake it in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees celcius for about 10-15 minutes.
Ingredients: Glutenfree wheat starch, water, thickeners: guar gum, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, locust bean gum; gluten-free wheat fibre, palm fat, rice syrup, dextrose, rice starch, flavouring, yeast, salt.
Recommended Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, the product has to be consumed within the day. The pack contains 2 separately packaged pizza bases.
